Export Prive is an online retailer of high-tech products. We select products among the best manufacturers for their reliability and excellent value and also among emerging brands and equally reliable.
Export Prive Ltd. was first established in Hong Kong in 2008 and opened an office in South Korea. We expand constantly our catalog to provide you a wide range of products ! We are always on the lookout for new and direct contact with many manufacturers, importers and wholesalers. When a new product is available, we sell it on our site within hours of its arrival!

Is this product in stock ?
The availability of a product is shown on each page in real time. When a product is not in stock, a message indicates whether a shipment is expected soon within a time frame.
Are your prices up to date ?
Yes, all prices shown on our site are actual prices. Our website is directly connected to our database, so all prices and informations are updated in real time.
Why your prices change frequently ?
Our selling prices are indexed on the Korean currency and therefore are subject to up or down movements of the latter.

What carriers do you use and what are the time and cost ?
We offer a wide selection of carriers available at the checkout step of your order : Premium EMS, EMS, Air Mail or Air Parcel. The list of possible carriers may vary according to weight, volume and the destination of your order.
For all products in stock, orders are usually shipped within 48 to 72 hours (business days) upon confirmation of your payment. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time varies by the carrier and the country of delivery. Do you accept orders from companies or governments ?
Yes, we accept orders from companies or governments and feel free to contact us for an invoice.
Do you deliver worldwide ?
We know by experience that taxes and customs duties are rare, but we can not guarantee you whether your order will be taxed or not. However, Export Prive will do its best to avoid any additional costs.

How can I pay for my order ?

What currencies do you accept ?
You can pay your order in Euros or U.S. Dollars.
When will my credit card be charged ?
We will not charge your card until your order is ready to be shipped. If a product is out of stock, you do not advance the payment.

Are the products under warranty ?
Most products sold on ExportPrive.com are under a minimum of one (1) year warranty. The length and availability of coverage are shown on each product page.
I am not satisfied with my purchase. Can I return the product and get a refund ?
You have a period of 7 days to claim your right to cancel and get a full refund. However terms apply if you want to use your right of withdrawal. To learn more about the conditions of the right of withdrawal, click here.
A product I ordered is defective
In this case, you can request a return to our After Sales Service online via your customer area. Obtaining an RMA number is essential before returning back the product. Any package returned without an RMA number will be automatically refused. To learn more about the conditions of returns, click here.
I still have not received my package. What should I do ?
Delivery delays are rare and usually carriers meet the deadlines. However, it is possible that there is a delay of 24 to 72 hours to the deadline specified by the carrier. If you choose EMS Premium or EMS, check the status of your order using the tracking number. You can track online at any time the status of your order in your customer area by clicking the tracking number available in the overview of your order. Our After Sales Service is always at your service for more information.
Some tips
Upon receipt of your order, make sure that the packages and their contents were not damaged during transport. Keep the packaging as they are useful if you return the product and are indispensable if you want to use your right of withdrawal.
