ExportPrive.com offers worldwide shipping and a variety of delivery options to suit every schedule and budget. EMS is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose Air Parcel, EMS Premium or Air Mail.
Please note that some physically larger items and valuable orders may be shipped by Registered Mail or Express Mail (Air Parcel, EMS or EMS Premium) and not Air Mail. While this costs you more,
the far better handling and trackability of these services, we believe, is justified when shipping very valuable items.

Delivery Times
You will get an expected delivery time for each shipping option during checkout. These delivery times are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order (Expected delivery times are estimates).
Severe weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times.
Tracking Shipments
For EMS and EMS Premium shipments, the tracking number is available in your account. Clicking on it will redirect you directly to the carrier’s webpage, where you will have detailed information on the status of your shipment.
Receiving Shipments
Please note that you must be present to receive your package. If no one is present on the first delivery attempt, the mail carrier will leave a notice. This notice will provide the address of the Post Office where the package will be held, as well
as the date of the next delivery attempt (typically within 5 days). The package is returned to us after 15 days from the first delivery attempt.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns us an undeliverable package, we can either refund your order (excluding shipping fees), or ship it back to you (shipping fees at your charge).

For all products in stock, orders are usually shipped within 24 to 72 hours (business days) upon reception of your payment.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
If you are not satisfied with your product, you have a period of 7 days to return it to us and be fully refunded within 30 days upon reception of the package. Your right of withdrawal starts from the moment your order is delivered and no penalty fees are involved,
except the return costs that are at your own expense.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
TERMS ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The product must be returned complete and in new condition (i.e. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned
in its original box, packing and accessories. All information contained on digital media (memory card, HDD, SSD ...) returned to Export Prive will not be recovered.
This withdrawal period is not applicable for :Softwares, if the seals are broken
For returns of merchandise within the withdrawal period, the client must first obtain an RMA number by filling out the application form available in the details of the order in its customer area, or by contacting our After Sales Service.
