The SSG-3700CR Prescription-Ready 3D Rechargeable Active Glasses from Samsung bring your viewing to life in vivid 3D. These ultra lightweight glasses sync with your Samsung 3D television by Bluetooth and allow you to experience high-definition (full 1080p) 3D entertainment from 2011 Samsung 3D-Ready LED-LCD and Plasma TVs from a 3D-Ready Blu-ray player (with 3D movie), or satellite/cable provider broadcasting in 3D.
3D Active Technology
When you put the 3D active glasses on and look at the compatible Samsung TV screen, this active 3D technology first blocks the left and then the right lens (faster than the blink of an eye, so you don't even notice), displaying the screen's images separately to each eye. This "staggered" effect provides far more lifelike 3D (three-dimensional) images, than previous technologies.
Bluetooth Technology
The Samsung 3D Active Glasses use Bluetooth (2.4GHz RF band) to receive a video signal from your compatible Samsung 3D-ready TV. It provides clear communication between the glasses and TV, and helps to extend battery life.
RX Ready
The Samsung 3D Active Glasses (SSG-3700CR) have been designed to fit those who need prescription lenses. Viewers who require corrective lenses can now order prescription lenses that clip on to the frames of the SSG-3700CR.
Auto Off
The Samsung 3D Active Glasses (SSG-3700CR) automatically detect usage and switch On or Off. The 3D glasses will automatically power off approximately 3 minutes after your TV turns off.
Rechargeable Battery
The Samsung 3D Active Glasses are equipped with an integrated rechargeable lithium battery (3.7V/1.5ma). The battery has an approximate operating time of 40 hours.
- USB Cable : The 3D Active Glasses come with a 5' micro-USB to USB cable to charge the SSG-3700CR's integrated battery, when connected to your computer.
- Wireless Charge Ready : You can also place the Samsung 3D Active Glasses on the optional Samsung wireless charging hub (CY-SWC1000A - Sold separately) that recharges up to four pairs at a time.
