Optional upgrades for Momentus® laptop hard drives include Seagate® G-Force Protection technology. When G-Force Protection technology detects that your hard drive has been dropped, it instantly swings the drive heads to a safe zone away from the storage disk. This can keep your critical data safe and recoverable at impact, even if your laptop does not survive.
Easily migrates to Advanced Format.
Select Momentus laptop hard drives include Seagate SmartAlign technology. This innovation helps you easily get all the benefits of the new Advanced Format 4K sector standard–no utilities, no extra steps.
Secure Self-Encrypting Drive options.
